VESS Team attended the training workshop “Campaigning for Economic Justice In the Lead Up to the G20 Summit in November 2022″

From 22 – 25, March. 2022, MSc. Nguyen Van Long – Deputy Director of Research and Mr. Phan Nhat Quang – Researcher, represented VESS to attend the Training “Strengthening the voice of civil society for economic justice ahead of the G20 Summit in 2022” in Bali, Indonesia.
The training program was organized by the Asian Peoples’ Movement on Debt and Development (APMDD), part of a series of activities to prepare ahead of the 2022 G20 Summit in Indonesia. In particular, the content of the training sessions aims to improve understanding of tax issues and discuss solutions on tax justice in ASEAN countries.
At the training session, researcher Phan Nhat Quang shared his experiences and practices in tax justice issues and Vietnam’s tax policy experiences with regional researchers.
